Former Bonchari member of Parliament Zebedeo Opore has warned locals not to boycott upcoming repeat presidential elections as that will sabotage economy and result to civil war.

Addressing a number of his supporters at Kisii high court on Thursday Opore said the opposition's move is motivated by self Interest and anger for power and there is no need of listening to the misguiding move.

"We've been there before in the year 2007/8 and many Kenyans lost lives and we won't allow Raila mess up with the countries peace with an aim of quenching his power thirst," said Opore.

The former legislator said he will rally the locals to turn out in large numbers to confirm president Uhuru Kenyatta's 'snatched' victory.

Opore warned that if elections won't be held on 26th the country will come into stand still and the common man will be the one who will be on the losing side.

"NASA's Raila led team live well and their lives won't be affected at all if elections are not held but the common man will lose terribly," said Opore.
