A former Senator has dispelled rumors that the National Super Alliance (NASA) coalition is about to collapse.
Boni Khalwale (former Kakamega) said the coalition, instead will grow stronger.
"Still in NASA and appreciating the fact I am still there. NASA was not a person it was a collection of ideologies that are meant to transform this country. Keeping it simple," Khalwale said on his official Twitter account on Wednesday.
There have been claims that Keny's largest opposition coalition is staring collapse following the decision by former prime minister Raila Odinga to work with the Jubilee administration.
This followed the famous 'golden handshake' between his and President Uhuru Kenyatta at the head of State;s Harambee House office in Nairobi on March 9.
NASA is currently unstable a Raila was the made driver of the coalition that sought to unseat Uhuru during the August 8 general election.
ODM's decision to work with Jubilee got other NASA principals- Amani National Congress leader Musalia Mudavadi, Ford Kenya's Moses Wetangula and Wiper head Kalonzo Musyoka flat-footed as they only knew of Raila's plan to meet Uhuru after the actual meeting.
Already Kalonzo has called for a meeting to chart a way forward for his party following Raila's activity with Jubilee.
Leaders from Western Kenya, however, say the coalition ill not collapse.
