The prime suspect in the brutal murder of three Kapsoya MCA aspirant's children has pleaded not guilty to the three murder charges he is facing.

The suspect, Enock Kebwage Onsase appeared before Justice Daniel Ogembo of the Eldoret High court on Wednesday.

He is accused of killing the three children, Clifford Nyambane, Tanny Nyamweya Onsase and Glen Ongaki Onsase on May 13 at Moi's Bridge in Eldoret West area.

After pleading not guilty, the suspect's lawyer Ndenga Marube applied that he be released on bond.

"I have instructions from from the suspect that I pray for bond," Marine told the court.

The State Counsel Job Mulati however opposed the application forcing lawyer to the accused to seek for the matter to be differed to July 3.

The prosecution further applied to have three of its witnesses to appear before the court as early as possible due to their tender age.

"The three witnesses are juvenile and we pray that they be allowed to testify early for the evidence to be preserved," Mulati told the court.

The Judge directed that the application be mentioned before the Deputy Registrar of the Eldoret High court on June 20.
