Nandi Hills MP Alfred Keter has questioned Jubilee's scorecard in the last 3 years it has been in power, saying it still needs to do more ahead of 2017 polls.
Speaking in Cheptiret, Uasin Gishu County during the funeral of a slain businessman, Keter said since Jubilee administration took power, only a few of the promises it made to wananchi have been fulfilled, yet the next general election is fast approaching.
"We should rush our development agenda this year, the tarmacking of Kesses Road should be completed and Eldoret Airport expansion should also be done since a 500m runway has not been put in place. These projects need up to Sh4 billion," said Keter.
"You have seen how that 'mkate nusu' of Raila has worked (Grand Coalition Government), modern bypasses have been built in Kisumu and also the airport is completed so we also need to finish ours," Keter said amid cheers from the locals.
He further condemned those playing 2022 politics, noting that they should prioritise development.
