Joshua Waiganjo who is accused of being a police imposter is set to know his fate on June 30.

This will be in a case where he is accused of stealing a vehicle.

On Friday, Waiganjo was informed that his judgement was not yet ready.

Waiganjo is serving a five-year jail term after he was convicted for impersonating a police officer.

He had earlier denied stealing the motor vehicle. 

The accused is said to have committed the offence on December 1, 2009 at Mawanga Trading Centre in the outskirts of Nakuru. He was accused of tampering with the registration number of the car.
