Mr Kirwa said he will campaign to ensure he is re-elected."I have not been coerced or threatened by anyone to step down. His development record speaks for itself," he said in Eldoret town, Monday."I want my brother Oscar to win with a large margin and ensure Jubilee party gets more votes in the constituency," he added. He, however, called upon all aspirants to conduct their campaigns peacefully and refrain from using inciting utterances. "I urge security personnel to arrest any politician propagating violence.We don't want what transpired in 2007 to reoccur," noted Kirwa.
