According to Savula, such individuals will not lean on either Jubilee's or NASA's side since they will be subscribing to their own opinions when Bills and Motions are introduced in both Houses.

"Independent candidates will be hard to control in both the National Assembly and the Senate. This is because they will have their own opinions on any Bills or Motions presented to the Houses," said Savula.

Savula further reiterated that most independent candidates will come from Jubilee and NASA strongholds, and believes the shambolic nominations in these areas will be the major contributor to most independent candidates making it through in the August polls.

"It should be clear that most of the independent candidates who will make it in August will come from both Jubilee and NASA strongholds. This is because of the shambolic party primaries where aggrieved aspirants feel they can still win without being in any party," added Savula.

He made the remarks during an interview on Citizen TV on Monday.
