AFC Leopards on Sunday clawed Sudan's Al Hilal in a 4-2 thrilling friendly match at the Kenyatta Stadium in Machakos.

Ingwe supporters streamed from all the country to watch the friendly. 

The Kenyan club’s goals were scored by Ezekiel Odera, Isaac Oduro, Victor Majid and Jefarri Odeny. The Sudanese team equally displayed an impressive game despite the loss with Mudathr Eltib and Jovian Da Silva netting the two goals.

Leopards coach Robert Matano could not hide his joy following the massive victory of the team. The coach fielded his second team save for Abdalla and Whyvonne Isuza

Matano said that the results will inspire the team in future competitions. 

"Theses result will give my boys some confidence having failed to win in the last two matches," Matano said.

The two teams are preparing for the continental assignments, the Kenyan side is expected to host Malagasy side FOSA Juniors in the preliminaries of the Confederation Cup in Kakamega next Sunday. The game comes after they drew with Posta Rangers.
