Opposition leader Raila Odinga on Thursday met with former Special Assistant to exUSPresident Barrack Obama.
Robert Malley who is currently the President of global conflict resolution organization Crisis Group met Raila in Nairobi.
The two leaders are said to have discussed developments following Raila's handshake with President Uhuru Kenyatta.
"Great meeting with @RailaOdinga. We discussed prospects for lasting reconciliation in #Kenya after divisive elections and after the leaders' handshake," he tweeted.
Malley was in Kenya after visiting Somalia.
Somalia is among the countries his company conducts research and analysis to inform policymaking.
His meeting comes after Raila delivered a keynote speech during the Devolution Conference in Kakamega on Wednesday. Raila noted that corruption was a key threat to devolution.
