Interior and Coordination Principal Secretary Karanja Kibicho on Wednesday appealed the decision by the High Court, to commit him to a three-months civil jail.

Kibicho said he was dissatisfied with Justice George Odunga's ruling, which ordered the Inspector General of Police Joseph Boinnet to arrest him.

Odunga issued the order after Kibicho declined to honor summons by the Court.
