Cord leader Raila Odinga has asked African leaders to invest in credible elections.
Raila who has been criticizing Jubilee government said that leaders should lead war in fighting corruption.
He also urged leaders should focus in democracy.
Raila, who was addressing an audience at Nnamdi Azikiwe University in Nigeria on Wednesday said that Africa leaders have a great role to play to enhance democracy.
"The wind of change that removed Africa from single-party regimes to competitive politics proved that democracy ensured that public goods and resources were put to better use by governments," said Raila as reported by The Standard.
He added that credible elections requires the establishment of electoral institutions that all competitors could believe in.
