Kimende sub county administrator Stephen Kiiru has called on local and foreign investors to invest in the area.

Addressing the press at his office on Wednesday, the administrator said they are counting of investors to propel development of the area.

He said that more development projects will be started if investors pump money in the area.

“We need investors to advance some of our long term projects,,” said the administrator.

Kiiru said that though they get money from the county government there is still need for them to seek other ways of promoting development.

The administrator also assured that they are committed to promote service delivery adding that they have instructions and directions from the county governor to serve the people.

The administrator said that several projects have been initiated while others are waiting endorsement by the top county officials.

Kiiru urged locals to seek services from public officers stating that they will serve the public diligently.

At the same time, the administrator challenged youths from the ward to partner with leaders for development purposes.

The administrator noted that they are counting on youth to take leadership mantles and help tackle issues facing the society.
