Mutua said Kenyans cannot afford to shade more blood during the August polls.

He said the 2007/08 Post Election Violence experience is still fresh adding that Kenya should never again slide to that path.

"Time should not be wasted investigating and arraigning such (hatemongers) leaders in court," he said as quoted by the Star.

The Maendeleo Chap Chap party leader told youth to reject leaders who use them to gain political mileage.

"Some politicians are capitalising on massive youth unemployment to gain political mileage. I am urging them to shun such leaders," he added.

He was speaking at the Kisii Agricultural Training College (ATC) where he met Maendeleo Chap Chap aspirants from Kisii, Nyamira and Migori counties.

"I am calling those who have interests in politics to join Maendeleo Chap Chap because it will be fair in conducting its affairs," he said.

He visited Kisii after visiting the Counties of Meru and Nyandarua.
