There is no doubt that Kilifi Women Representative Aisha Jumwa has a promising political future, thanks to her loyalty to the ODM party leader Raila Odinga who has compared her to the legendary Giriama leader Mekatilili.Her combative style of politics took Kilifi County by storm and she is slowly becoming a household name in the country's political scene.The fiery Women Representative made her name felt in the area politics when she humiliated Malindi MP Willy Mtengo in the just-concluded ODM nominations to secure the party ticket.However, her decision to start wedging a political war against Governor Amason Kingi, Raila Odinga's right-hand man could spell doom to her political career.Jumwa has stated that she will support Jubilee candidate for Kilifi Governor Gideon Mung'aro instead of Kingi, a member of her own party which she has been tirelessly defending.Considering the nature of Kilifi politics which has been rotating around Kingi for the past four years, Jumwa's effort to campaign against him may work against her.Kingi has been in the game for one decade now.
