As Jubilee leaders led by President Uhuru Kenyatta and his Deputy William Ruto are finalising their plans to officially launch the Jubilee Party in September we have seen many people including the Former Prime Minister Raila Odinga criticising the move saying that it will undermine democracy.
Having one party for me will help the country move forward since it is only in Kenya where people talk about politics and on how they will form political parties which they always call vehicles to State House.
In the recent days we have been seeing people from each community coming together in the name of forming political parties which will help them bargain for the National share come 2017, Hence that's why Jubilee administration has come with a move of having on party which will talk in one voice in aid of transforming this nation.
If we can be against this it means that we are going to have 42 political parties since each tribe wants to have its own political party before next polls.
For Instance in USA, we have two political parties, Republican, and Democrats and we always see them doing well, what about Kenya where we need to have a strong opposition and the ruling party so that we can monitors and speak out when things go wrong without having many parties which add no value to the common Mwanachi.
Most politicians in Kenya have been coming up with political parties so we need to have at least two political parties which will be monitoring each other later.
In another way Cord coalition which is against the move by Jubilee they need to remember that they are together since they want to get into power hence that’s why they are called cord.
