[Photo|Nasa Coalition)The Ministry of Interior and Coordination has dismissed a notice doing rounds on social media, informing Kenyans that Tuesday January 30 will be a public holiday.Mwenda Njoka, the Ministry's spokesman took to Twitter and dismissed the purported public notice allegedly from CS Fred Matiang'i that would declare the said date a public holiday following the swearing-in of opposition leader Raila Odinga."The purported Kenya Gazette being distributed on social media claiming that Interior CS Dr. Matiang’i has declared Tuesday next week a holiday is Fake News. Kenya’s should ignore it and go about their normal duties uninterrupted," clarified Njoka, on Wednesday.Below is the notice after it was branded fake.
