The office of the Ombusdman ordered his immediate sacking over contravening the constitution.
"Fazul should not hold public office for violating Chapter six of the Constitution of Kenya- Leadership and Integrity," CAJ report says.
"He presented forged academic documents and false information during the interview. Furthermore he has been found culpable of abuse of power and misconduct," added the report.Despite surviving that, Fazul who may happen to be the youngest boss to head a top government office has yet again pulled into another controvesy after appearing and speaking at a Jubilee Team Nairobi meeting where he accorded Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant Senator Mike Sonko awards for the accomplishment made by his Sonko rescue team.
"Those that do a great job like Sonko Rescue Team we shall support and in fact I wouldn't want to mention the amount of money we give him but there are many donors who have promised to come in and help Sonko," said Fazul.
In the meeting with Sonko, Fazul also revealed that the NGO board has also been funding the Sonko Rescue team activities within the county and awarded the group trophies because of proper utilisation of funds allocated it.

However, the move didn't go well with Nairobi governor Evans Kidero who sees Fazul as one discrediting the development projects erected by his county government.
"Fazul awarded them medal and recognition for being the best performing NGO what he didn't say is covering which period because from media we know it was just registered a month ago," said Kidero.
Kidero also questioned why, Fazul was awarding the trophies at medals at a Jubilee function.
"When he was announcing this he was on a Jubilee function and the same question I have asked you cannot be the one who is controlling and organisation and also facilitating their funding," said Kidero.
The presence of Fazul at the Team Nairobi event according to political pundits could also be interpreted as political given that early in February the NGO deregistered and freezed the accounts of Governor Kidero foundation.
"And a number of times the county government of Nairobi has asked me to close down Sonko Rescue Team because of political reasons and I said if an NGO is doing good we are going to appreciate and reward it but if it foes contrary we will close it," said Fazul.
Kidero, finally singled out Fazul as a government hatchet man set out to frustrate the opposition.
"Fazul is a cheat and a fraud, he never graduated from Egerton University, he is a hatchet man from the government and it also means that Sonko Rescue Team has been taken as a hatchet organisation for the government," said Kidero.
