Just a day after former Prime Minister Raila Odinga announce that the opposition coalition NASA will consider putting up a parallel vote tallying center, a section of Kenyans has blamed him for planning to cause havoc in the August elections.
While speaking in Kibra constituency on Sunday, Odinga stated reasons why he thinks it is prudent for NASA to set up their own tallying center.

A section of Kenyans has taken to their social media platforms especially twitter where a hashtag under the title #RailaPlanningChaos is currently trending.
Some have attacked the ODM leader for creating a recipe for chaos by setting up the parallel tallying center apart from IEBC, while others defended Raila's plan terming them as the best solution for combating vote rigging.
In 2013, Raila claimed that he won the election but it was stolen in favor of President Uhuru Kenyatta.
However, IEBC Chairman Wafula Chebukati has caution NASA on their plans of setting a parallel tallying center, repeating government's stand that IEBC is the only institution mandated to conduct elections and releasing of results.
Here are a section of the tweets from Kenya.
