Everyone has their favourite workout plan. You stick to it because you feel it is the best way for you to stay healthy and fit. Month after month, year after year you do what you love to do. This same routine can prove to be quite boring and repetitive. One great was to kick out the predictability is to do different kinds of exercises on different days. You can alternate between jogging, sporting activities, the gym, Zumba and also other workout routines that are out there. To make it more interesting, join up with your buddies who love to 'feel the burn'. This kind of company gives you motivation. On any days where you feel like you cannot get out and do it, they literally drag you to it. To prevent your workout sessions from getting 'normal', challenge yourself. Increase your number of sit-ups, squats and press-ups. For those who love building the muscles, keep trying out heavier weights. Do not be predictable, keep pushing your muscles and ability. Different workout routines give you more options to challenge your body.
