Gatundu South lawmaker Moses Kuria now claims two of the Nasa co-principals already defected the alliance. 

According to him, Chama Cha Mashinani (CCM) party leader, Bomet governor Isaac Rutto, and Ford Kenya party leader, Bungoma senator Moses Wetangula, left the Raila Odinga-led camp. 

Citing Raila's ODM National Delegates Convention, which the two leaders, did not attend, saying they did so, because they had defected. 

The Friday event saw Odinga endorsed by his ODM party as the presidential candiadte, following Nasa's approval.  

Present during the event were Nasa's (Raila) presidential running mate, Wiper party leader, Kalozno Musyoka and proposed Nasa government Premier Cabinet Secretary, ANC party leader Musalia Mudavai. 

Below is what Kuria, a strong Nasa critic, said about Rutto and Wetangula, after they failed to attend the event, due to undisclosed reasons:

''Isaac Ruto is not in NASA. He resigned Friday late afternoon. Same as Moses Masika Wetangula. He let it known to Raila, Kalonzo and Mudavadi Friday morning.  

The nearest to Bomas you could get Bonni Khalwale on Friday was Khayega market. The Luhya nation has been impregnated by Raila 5 times with the false promises of marriage. Nothing! Why do they keep doing this? Wrong investment strategy!''
