AFC Leopards coach Robert Matano has led his charges to a first league victory over Ulinzi Stars in five years.

The Tuesday match saw Whyvonne Isuza strike in the second half to end the clash in Ingwe's favour.

The former Mathare man capitalised on a cross from Victor Majid and headed it straight past the keeper.

The last time Ingwe beat Ulinzi was in a league clash in 2013 when they completed a 1-0 victory double of the season.

This will act as a morale booster to their GOtv Shield Cup final where they meet KPL debutants Kariobangi Sharks at the Kasarani Stadium on Friday.
