[Photo| Nasa coalition]NASA co-principal Musalia Mudavadi has called for equality in the country saying cases of electoral malpractice should end.He said it is time for Kenya to have a free, fair and credible election each time Kenyans go to the ballot to elect their leaders. The ANC party leader said his NASA coalition was pushing for reforms in the country's electoral system not because its leader Raila Odinga, and fellow co-principals Kalonzo Musyoka, Moses Wetangula and himself want to be president."It's not a must Raila to be president. It's not a must Kalonzo to be president and it's not a must that I should be president. We want a free, fair and credible election for anyone who expresses interest in vying for any seat. It's not about NASA," said Mudavadi.Speaking during a funeral service in Sabatia constituency of Vihiga county where he is a former MP, Mudavadi said he once lost a parliamentary seat in the area and respected the will of the people."I once lost a seat here and they told me come we nominate you as an MP through the backdoor but I said no. If people of Sabatia have asked me to go home I'll respect their decision," narrated Mudavadi.Speaking on Saturday he reiterated that President Uhuru Kenyatta did not win the August 8 election and that IEBC failed to ensure reforms at the Commission before conducting the repeat poll on October 26.
