Speaking in Garissa Town on the sidelines of planned Jubilee rally to be led by president Uhuru Kenyatta on Monday,Duale said Kenyans were tired of the election circus cutrently veing witnessed and want an end to the whole elections debate.
The Garissa Township lammaker added that there were other candidates willing to compete president Kenyatta in the repeat polls and told Mr Odinga to opt out just as he had earlier indicated.
"The elections will have to go on with or without Raila Odinga. There are other candidates willing to participate so it's not imperative that he takes part," he added.
He also dismissed the notion that the president and the former prime minister needs to have a dialogue to resolve the current political gridlock in the country saying that the only dialogue that is currently needed is the ballot.
Odinga has since withdrawn his candidature for the repeat polls citing lack of reforms in the poll agency.
