Majority of the residents have confirmed that they are hungry for change saying the late George Muchai’s dreams must come true.

Voters started getting to the polling stations as early as 6am with most insisting that they want a leader who can bring change.

Sam Chege, one of the registered voters told the press that it is his right to vote and choose a leader who will bring development in the community and if he does not deliver, he will fish him out come 2017.

Emmanuel Njuguna, a voter from Lower Kabete said that he is optimistic the candidates have chosen a leader not by his popularity but the power of change and virtue of integrity.

Njuguna insists that the seat deserves a leader who can work all round and expressed his confidence to the IEBC team that they will deliver.

The voting is expected to end by 6pm in the evening in all polling stations.
