Photo/www.zipo.co.ke)Chama Cha Uzelendo (CCU) Party leader Wavinya Ndeti now wants Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Raila Odinga to be a gentleman and endorse Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka’s as National Super Alliance (NASA) presidential flag bearer.
Wavinya says that Raila’s turn to say Kalonzo ‘Tosha’ has come.
According to the CCU Party leader, Kalonzo has in the past sacrificed his presidential bid for Raila Odinga.
“This time round we are expecting Raila to be a gentleman and say Kalonzo ‘Tosha’,” she said.
The Machakos gubernatorial aspirant stated that Kamba people have been loyal to Raila Odinga.
“Kambas have never betrayed Raila and he must show appreciation by endorsing Kalonzo’s presidential bid,” she said on Thursday.
Ndeti stated that Kamba people are waiting for their son (Kalonzo) to be named as NASA flag bearer.
A section of Kamba politicians allied to Kalonzo are lobbying for the Vice President presidential bid in NASA.
On Thursday, Kalonzo presented his presidential nomination papers to the Wiper National Elections Board.
Kalonzo has maintained that he is the best candidate to send Jubilee government packing in August.
The Wiper leader presidential bid received a major boost on Monday after former Lands CS Charity Ngilu pledged to support him.
Ngilu said that Ukambani will deliver 2 Million votes to NASA if the alliance endorse Kalonzo as its flag bearer.
