Mutua made the promise as he toured Mwala town for the first time since his re-election promising Mwala residents of more projects that will be commissioned within the area.
"As I promised Mwala residents, this time is Super Maendeleo Chapchap, I will initiate many projects in this area as I seek to promote education and other developments within a span of two years," Mutua said.
Mutua further reiterated that the Polytechnic will be able to accommodate over 1400 students for it will be the biggest Polytechnic to be built within Mwala.
Mutua urged residents to be calm and asked them to turn up in big numbers and exercise their constitutional rights when the Presidential elections will be repeated in October.
