Nakuru County Governor Lee Kinyanjui on Tuesday congratulated President Uhuru Kenyatta on his re-election.
Kinyanjui who led other Jubilee leaders in the county to celebrate Uhuru's win, said working together with the national government is key to effective delivery of devolved services.
"I congratulate President Uhuru for his win. His win shows that Kenyans have faith and trust in him. Jubilee leadership is all Kenyans want. I urge Kenyans and opposition leaders to support the government to improve service delivery," he said.
Kinyanjui added that Kenya is big than an individual and therefore, no one should spark violence.
"Let us now move as one and build this country. Violence will lead to loss of innocent lives and property. Kenyans should live in peace, unity and harmony," he added.
