Popular musician Charles Njagua's popularly known as Jaguar supporters protested after Starehe MP Maina Kamanda was declared the party’s ticket winner.

This was after election officials said Jaguar, lost to the incumbent who garnered 10,374 votes.

The results released at Jamhuri High School indicated that Njagua got 8,391 votes.

In a quick rejoinder, Jubilee secretary general Raphael Tuju said the Starehe nominations will be repeated.

Earlier reports had indicated that Jaguar was reported to be the winner of the primary.
