[Photo/The Star]Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC) chairman Mr Wafula Chebukati is  a man 'under seige' just hours after Court of Appeal judges ruled in favor of opposition coalition NASA, another presidential aspirant want Chebukati jailed.The Presidential hopeful Solomon Gichira wants the IEBC chair jailed  for contempt of court.Gichira was charged with attempted suicide after he allegedly tried to jump off Anniversary Towers when IEBC rejected his nomination papers.The presidential hopeful has condemned the IEBC ruling to bar him saying the decision was done in haste and had no regard to natural justice.“IEBC is the sole custodian of the voter register that its officers purportedly used to verify my supporters and having already been found as having treated me unfairly, it is absolutely imperative that is decision be verified through a production of the submitted signatures and the voter register to determine the accuracy of IEBC decision,” Gichira said.The presidential aspirant said the decision to reject his application had already been determined before he presented himself before the IEBC officials.
