Garissa governor Nathif Jama has received a lot of criticism from his colleagues concerning his leadership skills.
The recent attack has come from Garissa senator, Yussuf Haji who has accused Jama of destroying the Garissa administration.
Haji was speaking in Garissa town where he addressed the media on the matter stating that he would not publicly point out the flaws of the governor as that would just spew hate in the area which was unnecessary.
The senator said that this was not the first time he was confronting the governor about his leadership skills and his total dissatisfaction on the matter. He, however, said that Jama did not take him seriously as nothing has changed.
“I have personally called the governor in my office thrice and openly told him about the complaints that were being raised by the people. I have even done the same in the presence of county MPs. But unfortunately, what follows afterwards are greetings and embracing each other but nothing changes,” Haji said.
