Governor Adam Jama has directed blame to his political rivals on what he says is the cause of his under performance in the county.
Jama now reveals that he has not delivered to his best because of the countless court battles that he has had to content in his first term, alleging that his political rivals were out to taint his development record through unwarranted court battles.
“We have not been able to deliver to our best because our political detractors have made it a cult for us to hop from one court battle to another. They want to frustrate me and to ensure I do not deliver to the electorate as expected,” he lamented.
Though the county administrator never mentioned a name, analysts say he could be referring to the Garissa Township MP, given the recent turn of events where Duale has been criticizing the governor over alleged incompetence.
Furthermore, the MP has also endorsed Korane to unseat the incumbent Jama owing to his alleged support for his biggest rival Farah Maalim.
