Garissa Governor Nathif Jama has assured the Christian community living in Garissa county that his administration is all inclusive regardless of religious affiliation.
Speaking in Township, the governor affirmed that he has delivered his pre-election pledges to the Christians, thereby urging them to support him for another term in the incoming gubernatorial elections.
"I have fulfilled my campaign pledges of 2013 by constructing a modern mortuary for our Christian citizens. My administration will continue delivering basic services without any bias or discrimination," said the county boss.
Jama further added that his county is one of the most cohesive county governments in the Country, saying it is the only county that has widely recognized and accommodated a great number of Christian communities as its employees.
"It is a fact that Garissa County government has a good number of Christian employees unlike other county governments in the country. We shall continue working together as a unit," Jama pointed out.
