Former Garissa County boss Nathif Jama has received a major boost in his election petition against the incumbent Ali Korane.This after the High Court granted him orders to scrutinise Kenya Integrated Elections Management System (KIEMS) Kit SD card used in the August 8 general election."That the petitioner be allowed to access Kiems Kit whose report is to be filed in this court. The matter is fixed for mention on October 30th," said Justice James Wakiaga on Friday.Jama has moved to court challenging Korane's victory in the poll conducted two months ago, saying the results were marred by massive irregularities.Through his lawyer, Omwanza Ombati, the former governor argued that Korane was declared the winner before all results were received.The hearing was fixed on November 27 to December 6.
