Following the completion of the Ticad conference held in Nairobi last week, Japan’s Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and a host of other delegates are expected at the Hotel Kempinsiki in their fun tour in the Maasai Mara.
This comes after other international leaders including Ghanaian president John Dramani Mahama (booked for two days) earlier toured the Mara.
Speaking to the Nation on Tuesday, Narok governor Samuel Ole Tunai revealed that the Japanese premier was among the over-20 heads of state expected in the county this week.
Further information from the county revealed that Mr Abe accompanied by other executives of approximately 100 top firms who were part of the conference will be in the county on the same mission.
“We are yet to confirm the PM’s tour, but everything is in place at the hotel,” said Maasai Mara chief warden Moses Ole Kuyioni.
