Sensational journalist-turned politician Mohammed Ali (Moha) has told Kenyans to fold up their sleeves and fight for the change that the country urgently needs.Moha said the high level of corruption currently witnessed in Kenya, if not fought against, will cripple the economy to the disadvantage of the majority. He said it will take sacrifice on the part of ordinary Kenyans to kick out the Jubilee administration which he described as 'despotic' from power.“Revolutionaries don't ask for what is in it for them,” he said on Saturday as he campaigned at Kisimani, Ziwa la Ng'ombe, Kwa Mwa Mbila, Vietnam, Idd Kumbi and Kidogo Basi in Nyali Constituency.“They do it for their children and for prosperity,” he added.Moha, who in 2016 plunged into politics is vying for the Nyali parliamentary seat on an ODM ticket. He is foreshadowed to sail through owing to his closeness to ODM party leader Raila Odinga who enjoys massive support in the constituency. He has for the last two weeks been busy campaigning ahead of ODM's party primaries.Moha is among the Jubilee's principle critics and was once summoned by the Directorate of Criminal Investigation Directorate to explain his source of information over a story KTN broadcast in relation to the death of former Internal Security Minister the late George Saitoti.“We have to change Kenya together. We have to change it. It is time to remove power from the power-brokers and give it back to the people,” he said.
