Kenyans will have to blame no one for electing politicians who bribe their way into office, a Nyali MP Aspirant has warned.
Former KTN investigative journalist Mohammed Ali (Moha) said voters should discard politicians out to bribe their way to victory during the August general election.“I am confident one day the voice of the poor will be appreciated,” Moha who says he joined politics to change Kenya for the better said.“Condemn the politics of bribery because it auctions the lives of your children. I am a man of my own principals, I am not a yes man and I don’t tolerate corruption.”He spoke in Mbuyuni, Nyali, as he heightened his campaigns ahead of the August election where he will face off with Governor Hassan Joho’s brother Said Abdallah (ODM).“It is a revolution time. We will win.”Moha who has built a brand name as an authority in investigating terrorism, drug cartels, extra-judicial killings and other conspiracies that have seen Kenyans killed in unexplained circumstances, says he will not be cowed by threats that he drops his MP bid.He described corruption as a cancer that has eaten into Kenya’s ‘born marrow’ because of government’s complacency.Moha, an award winning investigative journalist is one of Jubilee’s primary criticizers. At one point, Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Nkaissery called for his probe over government claims he is an Al-Shabaab sympathiser. He failed to fly the ODM MP flag after being bundled out by Abdallah who he accuses of rigging the ODM party primaries.
