Businessman and NASA coalition financier Jimmy Wanjigi, has indicated that the police assaulted her wife, during a two-day raid at his Muthaiga home.
Police camped at his home, on Monday and Tuesday, on grounds of looking for illegal firearms.
According to Wanjigi, the raid was political, by the Jubilee government, after he fell out with them, with intentions to persecute him.
Addressing the press, flanled by NASA principals, Wanjigi, said her wifer was assaulted as she tried to record what the police were doing in the house.
"My wife you are seeing here was assaulted by a police officer, all in the name of her, trying to record what they were doing in that house. Recording breakages they were doing," he said, Wednesday.
He lamented that his items were broken, yet no order allowed them to break anything.
"They came in here, more than 100 people, as if I am the worse criminal in this land. GSU officers armed to the teeth."
He condemned the incident, saying he was innocent.
