Billionaire businessman Jimmy Wanjigi who has been at the center of the country's political battles over the last one year has also been leading a controversial life of late.
The man who calls himself godfather of political patronage on his official Twitter handle is at it again, but this time around with a hilarious welcome message to the US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson who is set to visit the country and hold talks with President Uhuru Kenyatta.
In a post on his Twitter handle, Wanjigi who is said to be NASA's main financier gives a chronology of events that will follow upon Tillerson's arrival.
" Welcome our to the shit-hole Republic Mr. Tillerson. Upon arrival, will meet you at the airport and do a traditional shit-hole dance b4 crowning you the Elder of the Shitholedom while the talismanic shit-hole medal of the Order-of-the-spear waggle gracefully on your neck," he said in a tweet.
The famous Wanjigi family has been having protracted legal battles with the state amid claims of misusing their licensed firearms. However, many have interpreted it as a pure political witch hunt.
