Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho has flaunted over the improved healthcare services at the Coast General Hospital.
According to Joho, the improved medical services is among his greatest achievements.
Speaking during the County Dialogue Forum at Wild Waters in Mombasa on Thursday, the county boss said his government will work with other players for further improvement in the sector.
“As a regional hub, our medical services reach the entire population at the Coast. We will continue to invest in improved healthcare through partnerships with other players,” said Joho in a speech read on his behalf by county Sanitation Executive Fatma Awale.
On the management of waste in the county, the ODM governor noted it was his biggest challenge but he assured the residents that the garbage menace will be solved.
“We know our shortcomings in the management of waste. We are now looking for a partner who will help us turn our waste into useful by-products,” Joho said.
