Governor Joho took a break from politics by taking good time to enjoy the winter in Europe.
Governor Ali Hassan Joho has taken about two week or so in Estonia Europe, where he is leading a delegation team from Mombasa County on a bench-marking trip
It was said he was seeking partnerships and aid in tourism and e-governance in his County, as well as strengthening international relations with Estonia.
"Upon official invitation from the Republic of Estonia through its Ministry of Foreign Affairs, I am delighted and honored to begin a 2 day official visit which seeks to further strengthen the existing warm and cordial relations between the people of Estonia and the people of Mombasa. Additionally, my visit also seeks to fortify the relationship to tangible cooperation through technology and technical skills exchange to further improve the County's business processes, improve revenue collection systems and mainstream efficiency and accountability through advanced automation." stated Joho's statement about two weeks ago
On his official Instagram page, the most-styled Governor shared photos of him clad in warm winter clothes and out ice fishing with a group of unknown people. He also posted another photo while taking selfies next to a motorized sledge that indicated he was just about to roar down the snowy slop.
