Speaking on Wednesday in Kakamega, Mr. Joho supported the handshakes made by Raila promising not to disagree with him on that at any point.

He as well promised to always subscribe to Odinga's ideologies.

The governor agreed with Raila's moves saying that it was meant to unite Kenyans and bring peace in the country.

"I support him fully. I support the ideology of my party leader and I can tell you my party leader believes in consultations. At least at my level, we consult on certain matters and I will not in any way stand in the way of uniting the people of Kenya," said Joho.

He also supported fully Raila's idea regarding the fight for inclusion in the country.

With inclusion being one of the Agenda at the 5th Governors' Devolution Conference in Kakamega, Mr. Joho agreed to support Raila with the push saying that it is an issue that needs to be urgently addressed.

Mr. Joho said that there is a need for all communities to be engaged in matters of governance if the country is focused on getting rid of politics of exclusion.

His comments come at a time when various communities in the country feel excluded in the governance of the country.

"The bone of contention in our political agenda in our country has always been inclusion. We want to see every community within this country been able to have a say in matters governance. Therefore, for me I support my party leaders on the direction he has taken," he added.

Joho's prolonged silence had raised eyebrows on his relationship with his party leader, Raila Odinga, with many claiming that the former prime minister had abandoned the vocal governor due to different positions on his move to meet president Uhuru Kenyatta.
