After losing in their respective political seats in Mombasa, Jubilee Party politicians have now vowed to keep Governor Hassan on his knees in the running of the county.
Joho defeated Suleiman Shahbal who was challenging his on a Jubilee Party ticket by over 150,000 votes, an outcome that cemented his 'Sultan' status in the region.
But Jubilee politicians have vowed to spoil the fiery Governor's party by putting him on toes in the running of the county.
According to the Jubilee team, despite the fact that no Jubilee candidate clinched army MCA seat in the county, they are going to provide oversight from outside the County Assembly.
"They will not play wit our money as we watch. This is not like 2013 when we let people do whatever they wanted. All MCAs who was in Jubilee will be following up on the elected ones to ensure that they deliver services as expected of them," said Abdulsalam Kassim who lost to Hazel Katana in the race for the party's ticket for the Senator position during the April nominations.
The leaders made the declaration in a Saturday meeting held at Little Theatre Club.
