"As the Deputy Party Leader of ODM, I was honoured to be amongst my coalition partners from Wiper, Ford K, ANC, CCU, and Kanu. In the company of our coalition principals Rt Hon Raila Odinga, Vice President Kalonzo Musyoka, Senator Moses Wetangula, former DPM Musalia Mudavadi, KANU Secretary General Nick Salat among other leaders, we celebrated this new chapter of Kenya's history."

He told opposition supporters to register as voters and make sure the Jubilee administration is sent home after the polls.

"I encourage all Kenyans of voting age to ensure they have a voters cards. Mass Voter Registration begins on January 16, until February 15, 2017. Ensure you get your voters card so that you exercise this noble right to choose your destiny."
