[Photo|Ali Hassan Joho]Mombasa Governor Ali Hassan Joho, joined his NASA colleagues in Kisumu for a major political rally, Friday, asking supporters not to vote on October 26.He left a message, accusing the Jubilee government of killing Kenyans of the Luo community, and those in the coastal region.Below is his message."The Luo people of Kenya and the Coastal people share a common history. A history of political, social and economic marginalization. Recently, there has been a further travesty, the wanton indiscriminate extrajudicial killing of citizens from the counties that represent the Luo people. These counties are Kisumu, Siaya, Migori, Homabay and some parts of Nairobi/Mombasa. This is in the KNHCR and Amnesty International reports. We share common cause with this issue because Mombasa has been the home of state sanctioned extrajudicial killings for years. And like Raila Odinga stood with us then, we shall stand with him now. We shall not be quiet as a generation is profiled and destroyed by state gunfire. This is the last election in which these types of killings shall occur. We shall hold each and everyone involved individually responsible now and in the future."
