[Photo: Courtesy]Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho strongly attacked President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto's leadership, Saturday.During the National Super Alliance (Nasa) rally at the Bomet Green Stadium, Joho likened the Jubilee government to a bus with a drunkard driver and conductor who is a thief.According to the ODM deputy party leader, Uhuru had failed to come corruption cases and provide good leadership, while Ruto's name had been soiled in various corruption cases.Addressing supporters in Bomet, Joho who is a strong Jubilee government critic, said nobody would ever want to board a Public Service Vehicle that has a thief as a conductor and a drunkard as the driver. He noted Kenyans were aware of the economic effects of re-electing Uhuru and Ruto, therefore, they had already shifted to Nasa, for it has their interests at heart.Joho also cautioned the South Rift against supporting Jubilee, saying Ruto had been given a raw deal.Citing the Standard Gauge Railway, he wondered why Uhuru diverted it to Naivasha, instead of Kericho or Bomet counties."If he really cares for you as he says, why did the SGR go to Naivasha and not Bomet or Naivasha? He has nothing for you," Joho told supporters.
