Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho has joined the country in mourning former Cabinet minister and Member of Parliament William Ronkorua Ole Ntimama.
In a Facebook post Friday, Joho said Ole Ntimama will be remembered as a charming, robust and outspoken law maker.
The governor termed him as a leader who always championed the rights of his people.
“I had the privilege of working with him closely in ODM and benefited immensely from his wisdom and experience. My heartfelt condolences go out to his family for sharing him with the country. May the Almighty rest his soul in eternal peace.,” read part of Joho's post.
The former minister, 86, is said to have died at his Narok home of natural courses on Thursday.
