Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho has said ODM Party will win majority seats in Nairobi County during the August polls.Joho said it is high time Kenyans woke up and challenged the Jubilee administration which he said had failed to tackle run-away corruption.He was speaking at the Seventh Day Adventist Church, Woodly, Nairobi, ahead of the NASA Kibra rally on Sunday."I re-emphasise our commitment as a party that Nairobi shall remain ODM in the forthcoming elections," Joho said during the church event also attended by Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero and ODM party leader Raila Odinga."Its Governor shall be Evans Kidero.He made the remarks a day after a poll conducted in Nairobi revealed that majority of city residents (46 per cent) support Kidero.Jubilee aspirants; former Gatanga MP Peter Kenneth and Senator Mike Sonko came a distant second and third respectively.22 per cent and 8 per cent respectively of the residents interviewed said they support the two.The race for the seat of governor, Nairobi, gained momentum when Mr Kenneth joined the race.Other candidates who have expressed interest for the seat include former Starehe MP Margaret Wanjiru and Water Cabinet Secretary Eugine Wamalwa.
