Mombasa governor Ali Hassan Joho has received a boost few days to the general election.This is after elders and members from the Abagusii community residing in Mombasa, endorsed him, and selected him as an elder.Thank you so much members of the Abagusii community in Mombasa for the kind gesture of selecting me as an elder. Accompanied by Mvita MP Abdulswamad Shariff Nassir and other ODM Mombasa County leaders, Joho was branded a Gusii name "Bosire"."I have renewed vigor to march forward to deliver your aspirations and that of other communities in our beloved county. Support and vote ODM, Nasa and our president in waiting Raila Amolo Odinga," said Joho, Sunday."Mvita and Mombasa at large have been a beacon of peaceful coexistence and cohesion. Bridging the gap between cultures is urgent and necessary for peace, stability and development of Kenya. Kenyans should embrace cultural diversity as a driving force of the prosperity of the country. Kenya is for all of us," added Sharif.
