Politician Miguna Miguna has rubished claims that Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho who is on an official trip in Dubai alongside other ODM Party leaders had paid him a visit in the UAE city.
ODM director of Communications Philip Etale had earlier announced that Joho who is also the party deputy leader was to pay Dr. Miguna Miguna a visit in hospital. The fiery lawyer who was deported to Dubai on Wednesday night after a two-day standoff with immigration officials at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport has denied that in a social media post even as he appeals to Kenyans to stand with him.
"I have read reports that Governor Joho and other ODM members of parliament had visited me here today. That's a blatant falsehood. I have never seen nor received a call from any ODM leader since I was violently assaulted, drugged and finally dumped here," Dr. Miguna said in a post on his Facebook page.
The self-proclaimed NRM General Monday Wednesday night was the second one in as many months even as the controversy surrounding his Kenyan citizenship drags on.
