Just few months after Orange Democratic Leader Raila Odinga intensified his campaigns in Maa community, his two Deputies will camp in Narok County, a region that witnessed tight competition between Jubilee and Cord in 2013.
Raila has been targeting marginalized communities and on Tuesday, he visited the vast region of Laikipia County before wrapping his tour in Tharaka Nithi on Wednesday.
In a statement released by Director of Communications Philip Etale, Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho and his Kakamega Counterpart Wycliffe Oparanya will attend ‘graduation’ ceremony of 2000 Morans in Narok.
“ODM Deputy Party leader Hassan Joho an Wycliffe Oparanya will grace the graduation ceremony of over 2000 Maasai Morans at Suswa in Narok County,” read the statement.
“They will be joined by Bomet Governor Isaac Rutto, Baringo Senator Gideon Moi at Emurua Dikir and will be hosted by area MP Johanna Ng’eno,” Etale said.
Governor Ruto, Moi and Ng’eno have been leading onslaught against Deputy President William Ruto in Rift Valley region.
